ARKADELPHIA, Ark. (KTHV) - Arkadelphia resident charged for third degree battery for the second time and violating a restraining order. 

Johnny Ray Clayborn, 60, was arrested Dec. 23 for entering the female victim's home, against a restraining order, and causing her physical harm. 

According to reports, Clayborn was previously convicted of third degree battery back in November. 

Since it is Clayborn's second offense, it will be labeled as a Class D felony. The restraining order violation is considered a Class A misdemeanor. He is facing a possible six years in prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000.
